SummerSalt Villa: Privacy Emphasized
SummerSalt Villa is located in Belmont, West End, a short
walk down a private path to Tortola's secret ideal beach, Smuggler's Cove, where
you'll find unspoilt sand, crystal clear waters, and a tiny bar that serves
little but excellent blender drinks. With two houses sharing a common terrace with outdoor
dining and other amenities, SummerSalt Villa is perhaps the best choice for
those who want to travel with a group, yet maintain a sense of privacy. Amenities Available SummerSalt Villa's amenities are split between the main
villa and the guest house. In the main house, you'll find three king-size
bedrooms, all with air conditioning and outdoor showers. The guest house has
a single queen-size bedroom, also air conditioned, but the privacy makes up for
the smaller size. Eight guests can stay at SummerSalt Villa at any given time,
and children are welcome. Maid service is provided one day a week, and smoking
is permitted inside pavilions. Each house has a television with DVD player and a movie and
music library. Bose outdoor speakers provide musical ambiance for dinner and
other outdoor activities. A telescope at the villa offers you a way to bring the
far-off beauty up close. And a fax and WiFi connection with DSL keep you in
contact with the outside world, if you absolutely must be. A guest laundry is
also provided. The pool is octagonal with in-pool seating, perfect for
having a drink or two while lounging around, and is located between the two
villas on the terrace. The two villas are only rented together to preserve
privacy. A seven-night minimum rental is required, but you don't have to rent
both villas if you don't anticipate using them both. SummerSalt's Special Beauty
SummerSalt Villa boasts Mexican tile floors and a casual
atmosphere with a great view of Smuggler's Cove and the West End land and water
vistas. Only a few other houses have this kind of access to Smuggler's Cove. The main house has a covered al fresco dining area and a
great room with multiple French doors opening from the dining area and outdoor
living areas. The great room is attached to the gourmet kitchen (designed by a
professional chef) with a twelve-foot-long mahogany bar. The master bedroom,
just off the great room, also has French doors to the veranda as well as a
master bath with outdoor stone shower complete with a wonderful view of
Smuggler's Cove. A gas and charcoal grill offers an alternative to indoor
cooking. Downstairs, the other two bedrooms also have French doors opening to
shady private patio areas. Each room has an incredible ocean view. The guest house has a living room and kitchen and its own
private outdoor dining area as well as the bedroom and a private bath. The whole villa offers a homey feel while providing you
with the incredible views and amenities of a perfect getaway. Nearby Attractions Smuggler's Cove is the closest beach to SummerSalt Villa,
but there are several other places in close proximity. Long Bay, only five
minutes by car, probably offers the most, with an excellent beach, the West End
ferry dock, restaurants, and shops.
